Secure pets during service

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided upfront or during the service estimate.

Additional charges may apply for oversized items, excessive soil, pet damage, or extra labor.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Results & Limitations

Dustrixi is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or weakened fabrics

Loose seams, color fading, or worn materials

Items left inside or under furniture

Issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

Some stains may not be fully removable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Move small or fragile items before service

Provide electricity and water access if needed

Disclose any delicate or special-care fabrics

Ensure parking or building access where required
